  • location: the location of the warehouse is a very important factor. The closer it is to or in an industrial zone, and the more easily accessible it is from main roads, the more likely it is to be valued at a high price;
  • the type of property: the price of a warehouse varies according to its type (type of construction, materials, heights, equipment, surroundings, etc.)
  • surface area and configuration: the larger the surface area, the higher the total value will be
